Return Policy | Exchanges
Items can only be returned for Online Store Credit or Exchange. All sale items and limited collaborations are final sale.
If a return is needed, Scout (email@example.com) must be contacted within 7 days of the date the package was delivered.
Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the exchange. We will issue the exchange once we receive the original item back.
Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted. Please DO NOT use the original shoe box as the package for shipping. Instead, a separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original shoe box inside.
All clothing must be unworn/unwashed and in brand new condition. We will determine whether the item is exchangeable once we receive the original item back. If the original item has been worn/washed/damaged in any way, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost and no exchange will be made.
All accessories/magazines are final sale. No exchanges will be made.
